Our Principal, Charanjit Singh has financial leadership experience of over 25 years and proven track record in small, medium and large businesses, based in Canada and the USA.

Our team has industry expertise across the construction, building materials manufacturing, energy and technology industries, including battery storage and EV chargers with SaaS business models.

We have functional expertise in business planning & analysis (FP&A), leading financial operations, M&A, supporting fund raise through equity, project financing, debt and innovation grants.

Our team currently provides strategic business and financial advisory services to a variety of businesses. We become an integral part of the leadership team and partner to implement practical strategies to grow and simplify.
